Creating your organization
The Organization step of account setup, field by field.
Right after you sign up, "Set up your account" walks you through a three-step wizard shown as a stepper at the top of the page: Organization, Workspace, Property. This page covers the first step.
Nothing is saved until you finish all three steps
The wizard keeps everything you enter in memory only. Leaving the page or refreshing the browser before you reach the end restarts the wizard from the Organization step — so finish in one sitting, or expect to re-enter this information.
The step opens with: "An organization ties all your workspaces together and holds your plan and billing." Below it is a form and a plan picker.
Organization fields
- Organization name — required.
- Country — required. Pre-filled with a best guess from your browser's timezone; you can change it.
- Industry — optional dropdown: Hotel, Hostel, Apartments, Resort, Other.
- Company size — optional dropdown: 1–10, 11–50, 51–200, 200+.
- Website — optional. Placeholder text reads
https://example.com; if you type something, it is checked for a valid URL shape.
Leaving Organization name or Country blank, or typing an invalid Website, blocks continuing until it is fixed.
Trial plan
Under Trial plan is a Monthly/Yearly toggle (only shown when a plan offers an annual discount) and a card per available plan — name, price, trial length (e.g. "14 days free"), and the features included. A plan is always selected — the first one listed, by default — so you can leave it as-is or pick a different card before continuing.
Click Continue to move on to the Workspace step.
